I want to buy 4 MARLA commercial in PRISM for building one day Inshallah .
Considering Civic Zone 1 vs Oval complex right now
which one would you advise ?
I know Oval complex higher priced but I think Zone 1 will be developed earlier due to location and will have potential to build sooner than Oval complex
Plz plz adivse and also give me rates on these two
