Dear fellows which block it best to buy one kanal plot in fazaia lahore for investment purpose for 3 years. Which is not effected by Ring Road.

one other q how the 2 sides of Fazaya will be connected with each other and to the adda plot.

Any map or drawing if they will make tunnel or flyover,


GHJK look good as they are un touched and will have access through Adda plot but what about ABCDE


Also 10 marla recommended at 45 lacs or too high and Kanal is better option.

I have already investment in LAKE, ORCHARD and DHA Rahbar


Now I am confused between Fazaya and Sui gas

Some plots of A, F and E Will be effected. There is a structured road between two parts already. Fazaia has plans to have gates for each section. A, B, C, D, E will get access from main Raiwind Road as if today

Ahmad thanks you seem well informed on Fazaia.
Last q between 2 sections I think GHJK will be minimally affected as alternate Raiwind route access and Adda plot access do you agree to that.

Aldo 10 Marla in this society will you recommend

I wanted to buy Sui gas every time I see the map of it but when I saw no electric pole and society showed no urgency to install I backed out last time. Still I love it's location and price range but avoiding it for the risk.

GHJK will not be effected at all. 10marl is good but 1k locations are better
