In DHA Multan uptil now only 25% of land required for first ballot has been acquired. For details plz see the names of land owners in DHA Multan marked areas of Rai Pur, Sangi, Gahray Whne from the following website of Punjab Govt Land Department and Board of Revenue. These villages are totally marked for DHA along with 7 other villages partially marked by DHA authorities.

i have got this information from another real estate website.
I have personally also visited the site and searched the landowners names and i think that this information is correct.
I would like CMY and others to comment on it.

According to CMY dha multan has 24000 kanal land in hand which is enough for phase 1 ballot

Off course land acqusition will be in parts. Dha does not need to acquire all multan suburbs at once. They can manage it with passage of time. Phases will be balloted One after one not all phases are being balloted at a time. Land is nore than enough for phase 1 so try to get a file before mrach if

i got this information posted by someone on another website.
That guy says that DHA Multan has only 2400 kanal of land and that too in pockets. Not a single large piece which can be balloted for phase 1. He says it can be verified by anyone by visiting this site. Secondly, i myself searched the complete Rai Pur village and found just 1200 kanal in this village which is actually the main village area out of the 3 main villages declared by DHA. In the other 2 villages i found even less land in name of DHA.
What CMY said is totally the opposite of this information.
I want someone to clarify this.

Dear Ali,
So what you found in Raipur is 1200 and there is lot of land need to acquired without which no balloting no development. This mean balloting will be delayed. For phase one they need 20000 kanal. Current acquisition seems well less than that.

I checked many other places the record is true. Any registery is updated with Some lag on the system of week or so.
I found one interesting thing about prism block B . The land unplanned under B is not in cantonement area but in model town administration of district Lahore.

All above information is not true and not even worth wasting our more than 3 minute time to answer it.


Any person can check his own DHA Multan file number and each file of one kanal is only issued against 4 kanal given to DHA Multan free of cost. Multiply each file number with four and you know how much land DHA Multan already have in possession. Keep in mind in addition to file numbers you have in there could be still 1000s more kanal where people have given land to DHA but not have yet applied to get affidavit issued to sell these files :) So multiply it with even larger numbers .
