I already have 1 plot in phase 7, 1 in phase 9 and 1 in Fazaia phase 1. All are 1 kanals. Now againg thinking of investing atleast 6 million ready cash. Any suggestions???

I donot recommend anyone to sell Fazaia. LRR will make many if it's plot to cross crore easily. |

Many people were pushing for bahria Orchard and miss guiding people on Fazaia. They should see the recent gains of Fazaia plots. |

Dear Ahmed bhai,
No doubt about it that fizaia is very good investment at the moment but you can check and compare the higher gains from last 8 months, Bahria Orchard already gained more than any other society on raiwind road or nearby. The opportunities are there to gain more in near future because the standard of development via excellent and all amunities available 24hours including security. |
