I am looking for a 1 Kanal plot in Lahore,
my main concern is security of the investment(legal paperwork)
I would like to start construction on it in 3 to 4 years max.
i cannot decide if i should invest in phase 9 or state life 2.
i think currently i can only buy files for state life 2 or can i buy actual plot in state life phase 2
what are the prices for 1 kanal in dha phase 9 ?

You are comparing apple with oranges..
You can say bahria or dha but can't compare it with State Life.
If you are risk lover then go for sl2 but don't expect too much gains as even after merger with phase 9 you won't be able to get same size plot in exchange |
