What will be the impact of the Alternate Road and Ring Road on Fazaia in terms of dividing the society literally into two or three segments? Will the gain be lower than expected? Any comment?

Prices increased around 12 lacks in last two months after the alternate road divided the society in two, can't you still guess? I bought a plot on H block at 62 and now it is 75. |

It is 20 % increase. LRR impact is yet to come to be sure, Look at impact of motorway link road on Wapda town phase 2 which divided the society into two parts as well. |

Ahmad and Shawn, your comments are valuable. Although it may not be fair question but any guess as to what the maximum price of 01 Kanal average plot say currently at 75 lac (H Block) could go to in 3 years time in today's terms. |

If work on ring road starts then prices will be above 1crore in fazaia. Wapda town 2 plots increased more than 60% after the link road divided into two. |

After intercahnge and ring road is operational prices would be matching Valencia or State Life 1. The infrastructure of Fazaia is far better than State Life 1 and Valencia along with security which is missing in many societies. Even after division Fazaia is making seperate gates for the two parts |
