Dear Experts,
I need your expert advise plz. We need to generate a monthly income of PKR 300,000(cash)to support my family. To have this how much funds are required and what investment/Business opportunities are available in the market.I don't want to keep my amount in bank deposit and give interest (sood) to my children. Dear in order to generate 300,000/month there can be variety of options depending on your budget...

But your question is quite open and it cant be replied correctly unless you specify some more details like

1. Your budget bracket available with you
2. Interest/experience/feasibility of your trade (like what kinda business or investment to which you are more inclined or comfortable), you can specify some order wise.

Thank you Brother, Infact budget is open (will arrange the required target by selling some of my assets,if require).
If more than one options are available will select one suitable to my experience/expertise/skills. I can adapt even new business since I am just 40 years old and can take help from some consultants, if the opportunity is totally new to me or difficult.

Buy a commercial plaza in DHA Lahore and give it on rent. You can easily get this amount.

Thanks dears, Jazzak Allah khair for your sincere advises. Infact am winding up from abroad I will be able to arrange around 25-30 million PKR.So can I have a DHA commercial plaza from this budget which can start giving me rent immediately? or if not then how much budget is required.
Petrol pump is seems to be difficult because shortage of load sheding/Gas in Pakistan and other associated issues. Thank you

25-30 million PKR =2.5-3 crore PKR -I really doubt you can buy a commercial plot in DHA for this amount let alone a built-up Commercial Plaza that you can rent out

I am not sure how much construction experience you have but it is a very profitable business in Pakistan because of the housing demand is very high.

You can start by buying small 1-2 residential plots in reasonably good areas or worn out homes to either build new homes or refurnish -

You can assemble a small team to execute these projects and eventually complete and sell and can make decent profit if you work hard and supervise properly IMHO.
