Jan. lac increase in sectors A P C D and 8-10 lac increase in rest of the sectors one kanal.
4-6 lac jump in R sector for 5 marla and 2-4 lac jump at least in K J sector for 5 marla

Go and study past trend of Dha phases stage by stage i.e from ballot to development to possession.

prism is already hyped,in my opinion it will be dormant for quite some time,except for the super located plots,i may be wrong Allah knows better

I agree 100% with opinion; look at DHA Past. Phase 7 and 8 are still under development process and witing for possession since last 10 years.

For Prism , for sure after 10 years we will make our house there.
Moreover, today prices in Prism are very high aroung 1 crore including development charges and possession after 10 years.... worse investment

Development will start mid of 2017 thats why DHA extend the date of first installment.

Track phase 8 file was at 38 lac when phase was balloted in 2010. Still there is no possession but plots in W T U V etc are as high as 2 crore. Therefore prism is no bad. Prism will follow same trend. After 3-4 years nothing will be less than 2 crore here AT LEAST.

Many prism critic say prism prices will be same after even one year.
