possibility is there , although punjab govt was not spending on LRR , it was BOT

LRR is on BOT Basis,No any international firm really interested to do this job,50% chances of Project delay

You are breaking the news and at same time asking for confirmation? That is strange. Anyways the reason of delay is that government is negotiating with FWO to complete the project. Earlier bidding was cancelled as all parties asked more that government was anticipating. There is no news of its cancellations.

The list is not something that one can rely on. The list does not include so many roads under construction
