Commercial file has same future as of residential file future of park view. Very bright future after Dha will issue new map of park view. The file price will go up by minimum 20million. Rest Allah knows better.

Dha phase 7 4 marla commercial and Dha phae 8 Park view 4 Marla commercial would be ideal. You can also consider 4 marla commercial in Prism Zone 1 and Oval complex inNer circle are good options.

I am second for Mr. Hussain Kaisrani, He is down to earth, humble, polite and trying his best to help others. He is legend and Star, you will find such precious pearl rarely in Pakistan. I personally talked to him so many times and every times he amazed me with his suggestions and way of talking and guidance. Thank you Sir Hussain Kaisrani.
