I am thinking about buying a 1 kanal plot in DHA 9, my goal is to start construction of my house in 3 years. Buying in dha 9 a good idea or can anyone recommend another scheme that's being developed sooner than dha 9. please keep in mind i want to get at the ground level and not have to pay the appreciation premium.

If its DHA investment, Phase 7 offers excellent area that will be very much livable in 2-3 years. Depending on where you work and where your kids go to school, Bahria on the other end of Lahore also offers good living conditions. |
