does anyone knows about any dealer or group who sale houses in good societies on long term payment plan instead cash, i can afford paying 1 lac per month.

You can mortgage your own plot and get a loan from any bank. These days they are too keen to give loans but do check interest rates. 20+% per annum probably. |
