I am an overseas pakistani and want to buy a 10 marla file in dha phase 7, what will be the transfer process and is it a good and safe investment? When will I be able to build ?

why would you say that it is better to have a ground plot versus file, File is all about luck ? what if i get a good location or even if i get the worst location it will still be worth more than the file plus development charges ? when will the possession be given ? |

My sincere advice to you would be same too. Go for on ground file. Don t think that that file means some fraud, but file is always bit risky. You do nit kniw exactky where and when you will get your plot. You did not mention your budget. Phase 7 ten marla file will cost you above 50 with no time frame. But you can get on ground plot in phase 7 between 60 & 65 (average location). Decisiin is yours. Good luck.. |

If you could manage a little more like 7-8 lacs. then Lake-M2(available possession currently) is best option for your conditions. Nicely built society with very good margin of future gains within your time bracket as well. |

Farooq, thanks alot for your valuable input, it's better to buy a plot now and pay 12 lac more than the file price. The prices are low for phase 7 compare to phase 8 and phase 9, why ?

i am also buying a file in dha 7,its is worth buying as u pay development charges in 3 years and a plot in already developed dha phase is worth it,even if it is a bad location,:) |
