I have one balloted file in Golf view residencia Northern zone Bahria Town Lahore between 605 to 607 line; I want to sale this. Kindly evaluate this.
This line is totall free from LRR

Mr. Asad how do you know that Northern Zone 605 to 607 is not coming under Ring Road according to the LRR maps provided by Lahore Real Estate this area even if it is not coming under Ring Road it will be very close, so this area will be affected by the Ring Road noise. Or there is any change in the LRR map moving it towards the South side Edge? |

Asad; from LRR map; this is cleared and no any doubt. Yes this is closed to the LRR but not too much closed. Second thing; LRR is like motorway. There will be no noise of horons there.Finally; from this plot location we may easily reach to LRR in order to go to airport.
There are three more benefits of this location. 1) near facing park but no need to take extra money of park 2) golf course is walking distance 3) behind to one kanal line. If you see the map this will be cleared to you. I'm selling this plot because I need money. In future this will touch 70 to 75 lac |

Motorway is far more noisy than a normal road. When vehicle travels at very fast speed it creates lot of noise due to cutting through air and road drag and friction noise. And on motorways thousands of cars travel per hour so it like a constant noise and one more thing motorways never sleep. |

You can do this yourself by paying a visit to Lahore Islamabad motorway and by standing at a distance of few meters away from motorway. |

Go to phase 5 DHA right beside LRR. I personally went there and there was no issue. Even in lawn i did not find it noisy at all. But it is better if you buy plot 2-3 streets away. |

Mr. Air; the plot is not under LRR bridage and not also adjacent to LRR. There is a distance of 500 meter away from LRR. So no conept of noise there and also LRR is not for aeroplanes runway. |
