How much rental income one can expect from 4 marla commercial plaza in DHA Rahber ph-II when the socoity is populated about 40 % ?
Please note that only 10 and 5 marla residential plots are there (so far I know).

Its worth buying, buy it without any second thought. limited comm plots in rahbar they will gain alot. |
