This post is specially for those people who opposed my suggestion to invest in canal garden in installment in new extension.people says they don't have land nor they will develop this society nor they will ballot the plots.
Now the society have balloted the plots and development is in full swing.New approved map is also there.boundary wall is in progress.I have internal source in society and from them I came to know they will give pocession well before expected date which is July 2016.Society even refunded the amount to people who Did not get plot in ballot.The new extension is adjact to bahria and there will be road from bahria to canal garden then on defence road this is approved road 150 feet.Still there is charm to grow.Iwill suggest you to visit and then decide what your mind says.
