Dear Zahid,forget golf view for 5 years more and invest in Bahria Orchard for better gain within one year time, very nice investment,especially LCO blocks C , D and E 8m ,5m.

I am planning to buy a 10 marla plot in rafi block of sector E, Bahria town lahore. My friend is selling plot no 540 for 60 lake. I want to construct my house and may sell it after 3 years
I need guidance regarding price, location and is it likely to be affected due to proposed LRR. Kindly guide me to take a good decision
