Any comments or advise on investment for a 3 - 5 years period for two Kanal on front of main boulevard Vs two plots of one Kanal each at some good locations. Which investment is expected to yield better return on investment.

Both are good. But personally i feel in this society and in this locality. One Kanal is still a major tradable commodity than a big 2 kanal(which is more towards a luxury piece). so better to go for a safer bet. i.e. 2 plots each one kanal.
But on the other side, 2 kanals on main enjoy the most prime location of this scheme.. which is along central spine of it. |

Suo gas 2 will be one of the best societie in 5 years. Recommend to get 2.. 1 kanal plots. |

its a big society,around 7500 kanals,just beside bahria town.they have only 2 kanal and 1 kanal plots, very bright future in reasonable price. |
