Can someone tell what is rate of profit (in average terms) on house construction and selling business ?? if someone is investing right from purchase of plot to build it up and the sell it.
What would be average per marla profit rate which one can expect ? i know its quite variable depending on many factors but what is an appropriate range of it ?
And also one more question that how this has been working nowadays in lahore market ? and ideally how much capital is required for it
