What is the view regarding 01 Kanal plot investment in Fazaaia? Is it already over priced or it is wise to make an investment? What time frame we are looking for further noticeable gain in price?

Dear Ahmad,

Aap to emotional hogaye hain. We know that you have investment over there... i am just saying in comparison that Lake has better development standard. It doesnt matter that either its one man show ya one institution show.. what is on the ground and what it offers for the public, ppl mostly prefer that. Bahria is a good example in front of all. Fazaia is also a good society, no doubt about. But for me Lake is better positioned in many aspects (only if somebody can see beyond that "one man show" point :)

Yes some areas do have Sui but majority areas are without that. I donot need to hide anything

No need to be worried or more emotional. Just go for Bahria Orchard. It is best among all at Raiwind Road.

Fzaia is the eme of raiwand road, 1 kanal will be 1 cror in 4,5 months, let the alternate route finish and start showing its effect

Development standard of both are af same level. Both have pros and cons. But if I have to choose between the two I will choose Fazaia because i trust PAF than industralist.
