I called Bahria Town lahore management yesterday and they said that
-> the matter of LRR-SL has been resolved with Punjab Government
-> that it LRR-SL will pass from/near Rohi Nala
-> Situation of Golf View Residencia will clear by mid-January 2016.
-> Situation of sector F non-possession blocks will be clear by April
or May 2016.
-> Balloting of Bahria Greens will be around February 2016 time.
-> Bahria has 100% land for Bahria Orchad 3 (the newest of Bahria
Lahore Project).
-> Most likely Malik Riaz will be developing the section of Ring
Road passing from or near Bahria.
Please do not take this as final statement from myself or Bahria as
I am not a property expert or any dealer but I just called Bahria Town Lahore office and spoke to their sales department. While, I do not trust Bahria 100% - time will prove if they are saying correct.
