My. Dear brother many houses and commercial area even plaza comes under proposed LRR.govt rate is 2 Lac/marla.LRR is 180 ft road plus service road is bahria property land that could cost a huge money,who will bear this difference. Secondly govt do not have sufficient money for this year even next year because of orange line.most important without the consent of MR it would not possible. I believe MR always with community of bahria.so do not worry be happy and good luck.
