I am planning to buy a 10 marla plot in rafi block of sector E, Bahria town lahore. My friend is selling plot no 540 for 60 lake. I want to construct my house and may sell it after 3 years
I need guidance regarding price, location and is it likely to be affected due to proposed LRR. Kindly guide me to take a good decision.

Don't buy any thing in Rafi block until Lahore Ring Road issue solved. |

Dear brother many houses comes under the proposed LRR even commercial area and plazas can u imagine how much is the. Market value of this. Property. And Govt rate is only 2 lac/marla.then who will bear the difference.180ft Lrr plus service road will pass from bahria property which involves huge money.i think it will not pass through Bahria .Moreover govt do not have sufficient funds in this financial year even in coming years because of oring line. At last without the consent of Malik Raiz it is not possible. |
