Can any one advise why prices for Kamal plot in sector H are lower than those in C, D, E,F. What I noticed is that prices especially in sector C and E are more on the rise. Any specific reason for that? Which sector(s) will be best once fully developed.

Due to nearness to village, but H near the main road is very good. |

Price of H is not low. It is that few bad located plots are on sale. Good location in H are equally high |

Some. Plots of F, E and A will be effected due to LRR. Avoid plot near it. H is safe. H plots are levelled and most developed |

After ring road it won't matter. All blocks will benefit as it will be a min drive from ring road |
