Any advise on 45 Million investment in DHA Commrrcial for 3 - 5 years perspective apart from Phase 9. What about investment in 8 Marla in Park View? What are the pros and cons? An advise will be highly appreciated.

What is wrong with Phase 9 ? Already pricey ???
I don't think so... Go for CZ1 8 Marla on 150 ft road to maximize the gains (In Shaa Allah).. You can get one from 550 to 600 lacs now and same will be 1000 lacs in 3 years and 1200 lacs in 5 years.
But 1500 lacs will be after 10 years and only corner plots will touch 17-1800 lacs in 10 years.. So if you want for 10 years, you can easily make three times of your investment today.. In Sha Allah... Rest Allah knows the best

Thanks. First, I have funds limitation of 45 Million. Secondly, with no offenses to any one not sure if time line when there will be development, occupancy and commercial activity.

Danial never put all your money at one place.Always invest at multiple places to play safe.Never put all the eggs in one basket.

Park view commercial files are good as Dha will place these plots in centre of park view where only few plots were given pocession b4. So if the files have same location plots will be a great investment.

I was told by some one that the open area in the center of Park View Commercial is meant for a hotel. Is it true and has this area been allocated to some one for hotel building purposes?

Take my advice and go for Phase 6, E-block commercial and certainly you will remember me in your prayers. Rest Allah knows.
