I was astonished to see the high prices of penta square apartments, Please share your opinion about it. will it be justifiable to go for these apartments for investment/rental purposes? What about the returns?

For the time being lets assume one is able to get apartment booked on first come first serve basis.

Aoa bro every product is launched to tgt some customers,,, so in this case the target customer is not gen public thetrfore bro if you think that you fall in the category of tgt customer of this product then must apply you will get profit INSHALLAH

I think the prices are very reasonable. I was actually surprised why DHA is launching at such a low price.

It seems that there is no person in whole dha as much wise, genius and sharp as mr Ahmet is who makes them understand that they will go in loss after announcing such low price. I suggest to dha if they want to make quick and easy money then they must appoint mr Ahmet as their senior advisor cos his caliber is quiteeeeeeeee high

Cool down guys, its just a discussion. In my opinion, contruction cost per square feet is max Rs, 4000 per square feet ( includes finishing etc). This leaves around 10000 per square feet for land, location, security etc, which is quite high. It doesn't look wise investment to me. However CMY or someone from LRE can shed some light on gains

Its a BRAND That is DHA
This investment/genuine buyer both targeted to ellite class like showbiz star;bureaucratic people, bachelors (girls/boys) or those who have keep.
Price is too high.Now a days big brands want to collect money as much as they can.
