And buy 10 marla if purpose is investment because less in numbers. Less for sale and less good lication plots. Buy one good location even u r paying few lacs more today. |

Invest in Dha 7 INSTEAD of prism 9.play safe in on ground plots rather that play in air for files. If you like Dha 9 more than Dha 7 then wait for development and once development started then switch your property from phase 7 to phase 9 |

If you have enough budget then please invest only in Prism Commercial.
Wait and watch on how price will touch the sky. Good location 8 Marla will be 15 Crore plus in 7 years In Sha Allah and Rest Allah knows the best. |

Raees bhai people are selling there phase 7 possession plots but buyers are just few rather better to say very very few. While in prism a lots of buyers are in struggle of buying good location plot but sellers are few rather better to say very very few. Because prism is future of Dha is prism phase 9.Development just going to start in near future. |

People Did not think and throw their money.Just see the past history of phase 6phase 7 and phase 8 and then decide where to invest as DHa 9 is the biggest phase compare to all phases so keeping in mind the time frame of 8 to 10 years in mind.if you want to do investment then you can invest keeping in Mind the time frame but for house construction I will not suggest you to go for Dha 9 for next 5 years at least.People over here just access things without keeping view of trends in past. |

Raees bhai after 5 years you will getting prism good location one kanal plot in 3 crore plus. Keeping in view past history of DHA.lets check the last 3 years increment in phase 8 plot file 35 lack in jan 2013. Now its over 2 crore in Dec 2015 for good location in W block. While bad locations are not less than 130 lack. Kindly check history "yes you are right to check history". Now comming to history of Dha 9 prism. In 2013-14 file price of prism is 20 lack max now bad location in phase 9 is 55lack minimun & for good locations in ACPQ blocks it over One crore. Yes you are right "its better to watch trends" Dha 9 Prism is Future of Dha "Mark My words" Cannot get plot less than 3 crore in comming 5 years.
For Inquirer yes very soon you will be getting good news of development of phase 9 prism. First phase probably of 1 to 2 years span. |
