I want to do Hiba Transfer of DHA Phase 7, I kanal plot. I understand transfer charges are 16,000/- in this type of transfer and member ship fee will be paid of 37,000/-. Please let me know the complete charges along with taxes if any & procedure. How LRE Team could help in this transfer and what fee will be charged if any.

Contact any property dealer. They will charge a fee but they will let you through the process. Otherwise for the new person, process is little complicated. |

Yes everybody has to pay stamp duty(3%), advance income tax(2% for non-filers, 1% for filers). CVT only if the plot was purchased less than two years ago. |
