Phase-9 Development Works Start Date,

Can any one advise on the planned development works start date for Phase-9.

Contract has been awarded. Jan 2016 is starting date. Dec. 2018 is completion data. Development charges r high cause DHA wants delivery in time.

After one month daily plot rates will be advertised with development charges. That would impact on all phases. Better buy today. Don't wait tomorrow. Even am seeing Park view and Air Avenue plot prices very high after few months

In Jan 2016 it will start and finish by 2018. Price will be best in 2018 and that will be right time for buyers.

No one has received the intimation letter for development charges of Prism plots. The development work will start after development charges first installment is paid which seems to be in March-April 2016. I think the development will start after June 2016.

Intimation letter has no connection with development work. DHA has a lot of money.

DHA town 120 feet road soon going to be connected with prism near R block plot no 216-220 with Town extension on either side of it

I recently visited DHA Town, there are no sign of any construction activity. Do you have any idea when they are going to connect DHA Town with Ph6 block E? I believe there will be construction activity in DHA Town ONLY IF they connect it with block E as the approach is pathetic at present.
