It is plot # 12, which is a corner plot and don't compare it with middle plots as corner always give more advantage to commercial property as two sides can have an access plus more front parking.. Banks love such plazas ... I have already rented three plazas in Cantt , Y block and phase 5..
So I am not need in hurry to give away my plot at negotiable price . If you want to earn big, you need to pay big... I know myself that this plot today will be 15 Crore in 5 years but I also know that I can make much more than 15 Crore in 5 years after investing this amount in my foreign projects |
