Extrapolating the trends of prism on dha multan? Here it is:
Before ballot price of prism was 65.
Now plots are available from 50 to 120, depending on location.
In dha multan,try ur luck at 29 per kanal.after 6 months,when many of investors will try to pull out,the plot will be available at as low as 20 for bad location because of multan factor attached with it.
However,the upper price will not boost that much because of absence of overseas buyers wishing to buy strong locations so max price will not exceed beyond 35-40 even if it is at best location.

N there will be further pressure on the phase at a point when development charges letters will reach to all investors....
In prism,prices have increased so people are happily willing to pay development charges but in case of dha multan.....a big question mark |

In surrounding societies of Dha Multan price is between 80 Lac to 1.5 crore.Even in newly launched societies price is near 80 Lac.So I do not think in Multan price can go down at all. |

@stn has valid observation. DHA Multan will not be like Lahore but will be better than existing societies in Multan due to DHA brand and location of the society. Multan is a regional hub with people having money and number of expatriates based in Saudi Arabia and UAE belong to the region. It is true that investors who are not from teh area will not have any preference for investment but considering the file price the future of DHA Multan will be very good if not excellent. |
