i want to know the expert opinion about following
upper blocks of prism are expensive because they will be developed first. what will be the situation when prism is fully developed after 8 to 10 years. then the price of plot on 150 road in k block will be the same as in a or c block or lesser or higher ? why?

Noone can guess that because the story keeps changing as a phase develops. You never know, K block might be the most exclusive block due to blah blah reasons in 10 years. |
