Dear Raees, at present Bahria Orchard is very nice investment on istallments and cash payment.It has very good future .If you buy 8m in C or D blocks range btween 32 to 39.50 lacs near possession having bright future within 3 months till march 2016.On installments range 32 to 39 lacs within 18 months time.I think cash payment better and ready for possession in near future, rest depend on you.

Dear Happy New Year, Overseas B block is also good block for investment .I think a plot with all dues clear , on ground location is good choice. 33 lacs is reasonable price to buy. Buy and cherish profit in near future,expected price for 8m 45 to 50 after possession as the construction will get start.Bahria Orchard is the next business hub of bahria town lahore.

New year function arranged by bahria town was more than sufficient to degrade the best town .Entry should have been through minimum 1000 RS fee so as to control and avoid mess up.even parking should have not been ticket free. In future good investor will avoid to watch such functions where they can not find place to sit.Road blockage.
