What is the construction cost of grey structure for 5 Marla house double story and what is included in grey structure and what Is per square cost for renovated house and what is included in it.Thaka is better or dayariee work or per square feet theekha? Or one can do thakha without material.which approach is best.

I would like to add an other question. Why some people built the building on columns while mostly on walls. Is the reason that construction with columns cheaper or stronger. What is cheaper constriction with columns or with brick walls. People have the info about this are appreciated for comments pls. Thanks

Sure concrete columns are expensive then brick columns.but concrete is stronger.

Cost of Construction is soaring a typical 5 Merla Double story house with Covered area of 1400 Feet will cost you 23 LAc by Thekedar and 20 Lac if you supervise construction yourself. Grey structure contains all House except Floors dorrs and windows No Floor and Bath fittings No water tank it contains
Foundation, walls , Plaster Underground Piping for both water and electric. No wiring inside pipes no switch boards, Floor only rough cemented no tiles
Be very clear before ypu make the contract

Looks you have good experience of construction. I want to build 9 marla commercial plot covered area with 25 X 70 (plot is 25X90) with 2 storeys 2 units on each & 1 small unit on 3rd with a big hall on ground floor. What would be est cost. Thanks
