Any idea, what is the future of this huge unplanned area?

Today I was checking 10 Merla Plot prices in DHA Phase 8 Z Block [ The Prices are silently soaring between 60 to 70 Lac especially in Z6 what is reason for that?? Is development started already
Does this Price Inculde 13 Lac development charges ?? |
