Dear experts. I have a 1 kanal plot in prism and i dont want to sell it for the next five years at least. But I dont have the money to pay development charges right now. How much late payment fine will I have to give if i pay lump sum after five years?

You mean after three years ill have to pay 19.5 lac + 3.9 lac (19.5*20%)? Do you think its worth it to hold the plot? If the value of my plot is 60 lac right now, will it be worth at least 150lac after three years?

Dont get Folled it is 20% anuually Compounded they will claculate dues at the end of year and add 20% to it , At 3 years it will be 2,830,000 in other word you will pay about 9 Lac extra if you pay after 3 years, and every year will be incresing about 6 to 7 Lac
