why not? LRR will have positive impact allover prism. L K H J are currently under priced hence will gain 15-20 lac each plot depending on location.Prism A P C sectors may be 25 lac jump in excellent locations. impact would be visible in coming weeks

In my opinion, the main gainer will be J, K, and H.

5 Marla average location will see a gain of 5-7 lacs and good location 7-10 lacs

10 Marla average location will see a gain of 7-8 lacs and good location 9-10 lacs

1 Kanal average location will see a gain of 10-12 lacs and good location 15+
