Please give your wise advice regarding DHA Multan.
Is it justified to purchase 29lac file + 18 lac development charges + 1.5 lac transfer fee = 5 million appro

Expect development charges are 17.5 lac as mentioned on FAQs section of DHA Multan; however, they could be up to 19 lacs considering DHA trend as 17.5 lacs is not promised yet.

Wapda town Near DHA Multan is selling approx 9-12 million per one kanal plot. this is what I heard. I dont know if its true or not. if this is the case, then DHA will be higher than wapda twon.

overseas-Ksa what you heard is 101% right. my sister-in-law lives in wapda town phase 1 multan. plots are crore plus minus there. Dha Multan has bright future it seems

It looks good investment considering Multan is a regional hub and DHA with its brand and quality will be a good addition. Further, along with landlords quiet a number of people of the area are in middle east who can invest. Due to the fact that file transfer has tobe done at Multan I suppose outside investors like for Lahore and Islamabad will not be there in large numbers. However, if DHA starts the file transfer at Lahore in future, more investors can be attracted. For sure it is a very good investment if not excellent.

Yesterday i feel so sorry to Mrs Imran who purchased a file in DHA Lahore phase 8 at age of 47 now she is 60 but still did not get possession, so i think we have to wait at least for 10 years in DHA multan

baba je not every person buys a file to build house necessarily. it could be an investment. property prices are increasing day by day. there come many stages one can always quit at any stage. where written that one has to build home if does purchase a file. sell and move to possession plot somewhere else
