Hi, can you please advice ro hold my ten marla prism plot in L block near grid station or sell it? What would be the impact of LRR

grid = negative impact
however price overall will rise |

I had one near the grid station. I sold it and bought a better location. The better locations gain more. The bad locations keep getting more difficult to sell. |

It's a bit risky. All depends upon the future of the adjacent village. Why not lower your risk and upgrade to a better location while you still can. Abhi it might cost you a million. Later the difference might be 3-4 million. |
