whats the price range ?
I have 8 marla Commercial on Zone 1 at 150 foot road so want to add another but smaller investment

MHA you have best investment in hand already. Save it next three to five years to get Maximum fruit. Don't think about file business if needed next in low budget may get 8 marla plot zone 1 in 80 fit road. |

I want to invest close to 3-4 CRORE in next 4-5 months time frame Inshallah and will want to hold that for a while.
I dont think Can get good plot in that price now as prices so up in PRISM already
what do you suggest in that price range for next 4-5 months time frame ? |

Dear MHA, Property minimum duration are one year to three years. If you have this time then Prism 8 Marla 150 fit and 80 fit road are best choice.
As per yours time 3 month please stay away from any property and take rest with easy mind. In this time you may only pay transfers fee and Dealer commission and nothing in yours pocket. |
