@Shafi. There are basics in commercial property, park view is officialy a part of phase 8, and it depends literaly on phase 8 proper, once the pocession in phase 8 is handed over and people started making their houses, this area will get much busier and there will be more traffic flow. Secondly park view is already 20-30% populated but there is no commercial present to cater the local population, Reason is Dha only gave pocession to very few commercial plots. Furthermore if you see in google earth, all land around park view is vacant land which belongs to army, and Dha is run by the army perasonel, Dha will soon get this land and park view will be the entrance point to the phase 8. This you can also see in official maps of dha phase 8. |
