Kindly update the prices in Bahria Orchard because the prices revised and only few sellers and more buyers in the market in these days. Even bad location plots of Phase2 gained almost 2 lac to 4 lac from last month. Thanks.

@Habib your assessment is correct Now this is the time to invest in Orchard before announcement of pocession in phase 2. They are doing very fast developments. Prices are moving upward gradually since last 8 months. |
