Lahore High Court decided the Writ Petition 11292 of 2003 decided on in hearing on regarding acquisition of the Land for LDA Avenue- Lahore " The result of above discussion is that, all the writ petitions are allowed. The notifications issued earlier under section 4 and then under Section 17(4) read with Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984, are set-aside and the process initiated by the respondents authorities for the acquisition of the land of the petitioners is quashed."

I think 69% area is absolutely clear.
The issue is rest of the area, and clear plots were transferable only and LDA has given possession already. |
