Dear fellow members i hold a very good location one kanal plot in Q sector prism on main road(150 feet) very closer to Q-920. i am being 115 lac for the plot while i am willing/demanding to sell somewhere 132-135 lac. please advice for how much should i bargain more. or for how much should i sell it?

Sell it at 115 unless the 115 includes development charges.

115 including dev. Charges? What do you mean Ahmet. Chages are meant to be paid in 3 years not at once please clerify thanks

I wasn't sure if you were referring to the price + future development costs or just the price. I have a plot very close to your plot and it's market value is around 95 (not on 150 feet road) so at 115, you are getting a good offer.

I am being offered 115 without d. Charges. 150 feet road can easily cause a diffrrence of 20 lac in price. But the thing is i am not willing at 115 either.

My plot's value is around 95 but I wouldn't sell it either even if I am offered 105. The potential of increase on it is 3x in the next four to five years so why sell out for a 10-15% premium over the marker price. I'd suggest you hold on to your plot.
