Question (irrespective of the Amount required, what is the next property Investment recommendation if one is looking at 3 yrs and 10 yrs horizon separately.
Significant gains for various properties I.e. DHA 7 and 8 have already happened, so that bus has left the station.
Which is the Next Bus (read Property Location), we should book our seat on for a 3 yrs journey or a 10 yr journey?

I think Prism should be the best and suitable for you. It is proper DHA and safe sound in all aspects. More and more activities in this phase. |

Only Bahria Orchard as it has a lot of potential .buy on ground plots in C , OR ,D blocks as these are superb blocks having great potential. |
