DHA Phase 9 Prism is better or Phase 8 Ivy Green bLocks (z1 to z6)?
There is a lot of discussion about Prism but not much discussion about Ivy Green? What ab its development and future? Prices of Ivy Green are even more than Prism in some cases?
Please give valuable feedback?

For 10 merla IVY green especially Z6, the reason is price is demand and supply. |

Actually I have one plot in of 5 marla in DHA Phase 9 Prism R Block at good location.
Now I am looking for buy 1 plot of 10 marla but confused to go for Prism or Ivy Green? I dont have much knowledge about Ivy Green?
Can you further tell about development charges and time period of development of Ivy Green? Is it good to invest in it? |

hassan overall location of phase 9 is very much better and strong than ivy green. phase 9 is surrounded by densely populated area hence more growth is expected. its just my opinion based on information gathered through meeting and discussing with lots of people around. ALLAH is best judge though |

I mean supply is massive and not drying out fast First Land owner, then Investor who bought at very low price and then army. Once this supply is absorbed then you will see. |
