I have a DHA Town 5 marla file. Is it a good time to sell the file and invest the money in DHA Prism? Please advise.

When did you purchase the file. If it was included in the recent ballot then you should have been allotted a plot in DHA Town.

I bought a file in Apr.2015 and still waiting for ballot. As of DHA not balloted yet.

I am not sure but I think your file should be included in the ballot. The good news is that the files included in the ballot most probably got plots in DHA Town proper. You should get an intimation letter at your address but the delivery is not always very reliable. Its best that you contact DHA office or its helpline, provide them with the relevant information and ask them.

Last ballot for DHA Town files was held in Sep.2015. Files numbers upto 1008 were included in this last ballot. plz first check your file number then contact DHA office

Thanks for the reply. My file number is 135x. Looks like it was not in the ballot. Can someone please advice me either to sell this file and invest the money in Prism or hold the file? Prices of DHA town files are on decline from last 2 months.

Dear SAU,

Last ballot for 9 town was in Dec.15, after Sept.15 DHA did a ballot in December as well. you can check with DHA by calling Land Transfer Dept. to get most updated news.

135x should have be balloted in the December ballot.
