I had purchased a 5 marla plot in dha 9 town in the month of september,2015 on the advice of a property dealer for investment purpose @ 58 lac. I feel prices are stable and there is no increase in the prices inspite of the fact that some constrction has been started in the town. Advise after what period increase in prices expected?

main access road still to built connecting dha town to bedian road after construction of that road gains are expected |
