in 30 lac budget dha multan seems lucrative file can go as high as 45 lac just before ballot in march/april 2016 after ballot it depends on one luck and fortune good location plot may be 55 lac right after ballot. |

Dha multan will not see jumps as prism has so far seen even without any development. People from phase 7 are shifting to prism. Dha multan may b good but lahore lahore hy. Dha multan will raeach the development phase after more than a decade.
The preessure of development charges will force it to reach its lowest ebb. |
