@worst location , similar kinda sad story i am sharing , we paid installments of prime location plot in c sector bahria near talwar round about .my uncle bought that 10m jasmine plot for us and 2 other plots for other 2 uncle's one in chambeli and other i do not know block name which later on bahria cancel whole block plan as not feasible
our plot he bought on 7 lac on and we paid lac's installments in next coming years, they cancelled our plot too on saying u come to pay last installment late though all other u deposited on time but we gave add of deadline u come 2 days late.
and put us in situation to get back 12 lac or get orchard central plot excellent location by paying 2.5 lac more , the term and condition we all signed so we went for orchard instead of court , my uncle who bought for us chose this .
we went for orchard but after a year i came to lhr on completion of my studies and due to some need i sold possession plot in central 300 line at 16.50 :( 6 years and paid 21 got 5 loss . after selling it in next 3 months it crossed 35 price , bahria i nightmare for us
same happened to my 2nd uncle plot who did not pay last installment too on time for chambeli plot and bahria cancelled his plot but he got plot in bahria town new block instead of orchard and 3rd uncle whose plot's block plan they cancelled he got in orchard too
may be the uncle who bought plot for all of us mixed up properties by favoring his both bro's instead of us through his bahria office employee friend , but on file of orchard history of jasmine payment slip also i saw on selling time , but overall bahria gave us nothing beside loss
its one of few bad experiences i saw before taking property matters in my hand . sometime i do think to investigate all matter as i was kid that time. |
